Qualification for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024
Assistant General Manager
Post-Graduate degree from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Additional qualifications like JAIIB/CAIIB/MBA shall be preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience as an officer or equivalent in Corporate Finance/ Corporate Credit/ Retail Credit (functions viz. Sanction/ Credit Monitoring/ credit appraisal, credit administration/ operations, credit risk, Branch Head having credit experience etc.) in Scheduled Commercial Banks (as defined under RBI Act). Out of above, minimum 4 years' experience of Corporate/ Retail finance in the areas viz. credit sourcing & appraisal of large ticket size loans, documentation, credit administration/operations, credit risk, Credit recovery etc.
Manager
Graduation from any University recognized by Govt, of India or its regulatory bodies. Additional qualifications like JAIIB/CAIIB/MBA would be preferred.

Pay Scale for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024
- Assistant General Manager: Rs. 85920-2680(5)-99320-2980(2)-105280 (8 years) Gross emolument for metro cities will be 8157000/- per month (approx.)
- Manager: Rs.64820-2340(1)-67160-2680 (10)-93960 (12 years) Gross emolument for metro cities will be &1 19000/- per month (approx.)
- In addition to the pay, the selected candidate will be eligible for allowances, perquisites and benefits as applicable to the respective Grade as per the Bank's rules, prevalent at the time of joining and thereafter.
- Further, fitment of pay for new recruits in the cadre will be governed by relevant guidelines and extant Bank's policies.
- In addition, candidates will also be eligible for Performance Linked Variable Pay as per the Bank's extant policy as modified/ amended/revised from time to time.
Place of Posting for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024
- Initial appointment for all posts will be on probation for a period of 1 year from the Date of Joining (which can be extended at the discretion of the Bank).
- Candidate will be posted in any relevant role (advertised) at the Bank's discretion, to any offices/branches of the Bank or the departments/ offices/ business units/ the Bank's associate institutions.
- The candidate will also be liable to be transferred to any place in/ outside India, as the Bank may decide from time to time in terms of the Bank's prevailing rules.
- Candidates joining the Bank shall be governed by Service, Conduct Rules & Policies of the Bank, as amended from time to time.
Age Limit for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024
Assistant General Manager:
Minimum: 28 years
Maximum: 40 years
A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1984 and not later than 01.08.1996. (both dates inclusive)
Manager:
Minimum: 25 years
Maximum: 35 years
A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1989 and not later than 01.08.1999. (both dates inclusive)
Application Fee for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024
- Once an application is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, and the application fee paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Fees will not be held in reserve for future selection processes. Candidates should confirm their eligibility before submitting their application and paying the fee.
- The application fee is Rs. 200 for SC/ST candidates (intimation charges only) and Rs. 1000 for General, EWS, and OBC candidates (including application and intimation charges).
- Online payment transaction charges are the responsibility of the candidate. In the case of multiple applications, only the last valid application will be considered, and fees for any additional submissions will be forfeited.
- Once an online application is registered, it cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
Selection Procedure for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024
- The candidates who have not cleared /selected in Group Discussion and /or Personal Interview (PI) will not be considered for subsequent selection process.
- The qualifying marks for selection will be decided by the Bank and candidates would be advised suitably.
- Bank's decision would be binding on the candidates and no separate communication will be sent to the non-selected candidates.
- The final selection of candidate is subject to fulfilling the stipulated eligibility criteria as on the cut-off date, qualifying in selection process, being declared medically fit as per the Bank's medical standards of fitness and subject to satisfactory Reference/ Background check etc.

- A valid personal email ID and mobile number are required and should remain active throughout the recruitment process, as the bank may send notifications via these channels. If a candidate does not have a personal email ID, they should create one before applying online.
