Qualifications Details for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024
- Assistant General Manager: Post-Graduate degree from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Additional qualifications like JAIIB/CAIIB/MBA shall be preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an officer or equivalent in Corporate Finance/ Corporate Credit/ Retail Credit (functions viz. Sanction/ Credit Monitoring/ credit appraisal, credit administration/ operations, credit risk, Branch Head having credit experience, etc.) in Scheduled Commercial Banks (as defined under RBI Act).
- Out of the above, a minimum of 4 years experience in Corporate/ Retail finance in the areas viz. credit sourcing & appraisal of large ticket size loans, documentation, credit administration/operations, credit risk, Credit recovery, etc.
- Manager: Graduation from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Additional qualifications like JAIIB/CAIIB/MBA would be preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Officer or equivalent in Corporate Finance/ Corporate Credit (Credit functions viz. Sanction/ Credit Monitoring/ credit appraisal, credit administration/ operations, credit risk, etc.) in Scheduled Commercial Banks as defined under the RBI Act.

Selection Process for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024
- The selection process for aforesaid post/position will comprise of preliminary screening of stipulated eligibility criteria of Age, Educational Qualifications and working experience etc. as declared by the candidate in the application form. Candidature after preliminary screening and without verification of documents would be provisional for all Posts/ Grades and would be subject to verification with the originals.
- Bank reserves the right to change (cancel/ modify/ add) any of the criteria, method of selection and provisional selection etc. Taking into account the number of vacancies proposed to be filled, Bank reserves the right to call limited number of candidates for selection process at its sole discretion and/or requirement.
- Number of candidates (as decided by the Bank) will be shortlisted based on their qualification, experience and overall suitability for selection process. Most suitable candidates will be called for the selection process i.e. Group Discussion and /or Personal Interview (PI). Merely applying/ being eligible for the post does not entitle any right to the candidate to be called for the selection process.
- The venue, time and date for selection process will be informed to the shortlisted candidates through notification on Bank’s website and/or through call letter on/ to Registered Email/SMS. Request for change of center/date/time etc. shall not be entertained/ considered.
- However, the Bank reserves its right to change/ add/ cancel the date, time, and venue for the selection process at its discretion. The changes, if any, would be suitably advised to the candidates by notification on Bank's website or as decided by the Bank.
How to Apply for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024
Candidates are required to apply Online through website (Careers). No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
Candidates are required to have a valid personal Email ID and Mobile number. It should be kept active till completion of this recruitment process. Bank may notify through the registered Email ID. In case, a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he/ she should create his/ her new email ID before applying Online
Use of special characters while filling the form will not be allowed. In case the candidate is unable to fill in the application form in one go, he/ she can save the data already entered. When the data is saved, a Provisional Registration Number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and password.
An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration Number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using Provisional Registration Number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. This facility will be available for three times only. Once the application is filled in completely, candidate should submit the data.
