This position is based at Mayapur village, Gaya, Bihar, and reporting to ICRISAT Headquarters, Patancheru, Telangana, India.

Qualification for ICRISAT Recruitment 2024

• Minimum Bachelor of Commerce / administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administration in a reputed organisation
• Knowledge and hands on experience of MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Preferred Qualifications: B.com, BBA
• Preferred Industry Experience : 2

Responsibilities for ICRISAT Recruitment 2024

• Manage the day to day financial and administrative operations including the maintenance of records, reporting, documentation and accounting processes
• Managing general administrative tasks such as correspondence, procurement, logistics and maintaining vehicles, office and field supplies etc
• Managing petty cash, processing payments to suppliers and vendors and maintenance up to date financial records
• Work in coordination with Farm in charge, Scientists, and other staff at HQ and provide finance and accounting support to the team to ensure timely completion of activities
• Performing other administrative and financial duties as assigned by the supervisor
