Applicants must be either retired government employees with a bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience, graduates with 10 years of relevant experience, or post-graduates with 4 years of administrative experience. Experience in clinical research and proficiency with management and statistical tools are required.
The position is temporary and dependent on project funding and approvals. Age relaxation and specific certificates are required for reserved categories. Simply meeting qualifications does not guarantee selection.

Qualifications Details for ICMR Recruitment 2024
- Retired Govt. employees with Bachelor degree in any discipline and in the GP of Rs. 4600/- and above with 15 years of experience in administrative field. OR
- Graduate from a recognized university with 10 years’ experience of working in a government /PSU/ Autonomous body of reputed organization. OR
- Post-graduation (Business administration/ Public administration or equivalent), with 4 years’ experience in administration in any reputed/ Govt./Autonomous body/ international organization.
- Have prior experience in clinical research management after acquiring essential qualification.
- Have knowledge of management tools and statistical tools like Microsoft office. Willing for travel to study sites for project/s related activity, management of conferences/ workshops.
General Terms and conditions for ICMR Recruitment 2024
- These positions are meant for temporary projects and co-terminus with the project.
- Engagement of the above advertised Project Human Resource Positions will depend upon availability of funds, functional requirements and approval of the Competent Authority. Therefore, we are not committed to fill up all the advertised Project Human Resource Positions and the process is liable to be withdrawn / cancelled / modified at any time.
- Cut-off date for age limit will be as on the date of last date for submission of applications.
- Age relaxation will be as per the guidelines of ICMR.
- Reserved category candidates must produce their latest Caste Validity Certificate. OBC candidates must possess a latest valid non-creamy layer certificate. PWD candidates shall produce latest disability certificate issued by a Medical board of Government hospital with not less than 40% disability.
