The CMR-National Institute for Research in Reproductive and Child Health (ICMR-NIRRCH) has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Scientist C under the "Central Sector Scheme for Establishment of Model Rural Health Research Units (MRHRU)." The position entails working at the Model Rural Health Research Unit (MRHRU) located in Palghar District, Maharashtra.
Applicants must possess a 1st class Postgraduate Degree in Public Health/Epidemiology with 3 years of experience, or a 2nd class Postgraduate Degree in Public Health/Epidemiology with a Ph.D. in relevant subjects and 3 years of experience. Desirable qualifications include a BAMS/BHMS degree with MPH and experience in community-based projects in Public Health.
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 72,360/- per month, inclusive of Rs. 67,000 plus an 8% House Rent Allowance (HRA). The selection process will involve shortlisting of candidates for online/physical interviews and may include a written test if required. Essential Qualification:

Desirable
- BAMS/ BHMS degree with MPH. Experience in conducting community based projects in Public Health. Readiness to work in rural and tribal areas of Palghar District.
