ICMR-National Institute of Immunohaematology, Mumbai, invites applications for the position of Project Scientist I under the ICMR-Extramural project focusing on "CRISPR mediated genetic correction of Sickle Cell disease towards clinical trials in a small patient cohort.
The position offers an emolument of Rs. 56,000 plus 24% HRA per month and requires a First Class or Second Class Post Graduate Degree in Applied Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences/Immunology/Virology, or a Ph.D. in the relevant fields. Candidates should have experience in assessing capsid and neutralising antibodies, T cell responses, flow cytometry, and RNA sequencing, with an upper age limit of 35 years. - The conditions of employment will be the same as that of the project staff on contract basis.
