• Research Associate: First Class M.Sc Botany/Plant Sciencesllife Sciences (with special paper in Plant Taxonomy), PhD inBotany / Forestry/ Environmental Sciences Desirable: Working Knowledge of GIS Plafforms.
• JPF: First Class M.Sc. in Botany/ Forestry/ Environment Science/Biotechnology
• PA; First Class in B.Sc. in Botany/ Zoology I Chemistry.

ICFRE-AFRI Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

Upper age limit of 28 Years as of 1 March 2024 with upper age relaxation by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC-NCL for all the posts.

Walk-in Process for ICFRE-AFRI Recruitment 2024

• Walk-in-interviews will be held at Arid Forest Research Institute (AFRI). New Pali Road. Krishi Upaz Mandi P.O Jodhpur- 342005. Raiasthan on 28/2/2024 & 29/2/2024 from 10:00 AM onwards for Project Staff (Research Associate, Junior Project Fellow, Project Assistant).
• Interested and eligible candidates are to fill up the application form as per the prescribed format at the time of the interview.
• Candidates are advised to bring with them their biodata printout along with the duly filled-in application form.
• The following documents in original and a self-attested photocopy of each should be brought for verification at the time of the walk-in-interview:
• Bachelor's and/or Master's marksheets proving eligibility; (ii) attested copy of X Std. Marksheet of a recognized board for age verification;
• copy of Aadhar Card for address and photo ID verification
• PP size clear photo should be pasted on the application form and signed across. On the day of the interview, the physical verification of documents will be done before the interview. All original documents of age proof/certificates/degrees/mark sheets/Photo-ID and other testimonials must be presented to the verification team failing which the candidate will not be allowed to appear for interview.
• The interview will be in offline mode only for which the candidate will have to appear before the interview board in-person.
• No request for an online interview will be entertained, under any circumstances.
• No TA/DA shall be paid to any candidate for attending the interview.
• The applicants must keep checking the institute website (afri.icfre.org) for updates and announcements.
• The selection committee may recommend a candidate for any project, other than applied for if found suitable, even if s/he has not applied for it.
• The appointment to such a project will only be given to the candidate if the candidate selected agrees to it in writing upon being contacted.
