The National Rice Research Institute (ICAR-NRRI) is conducting a walk-in interview for the position of Agricultural Field Operator in Cuttack on 28th June 2024. The role is part of the project "Development of host differentials, pathotyping and identification of genomic regions for bakanae (Fusarium fujikuroi Nirenberg) disease resistance in rice" (EAP-421).
The remuneration for the position is a consolidated Rs. 18,000/- per month. Interested candidates should appear for the walk-in interview with their original educational certificates (from matriculation onwards), a recent passport size photograph, and photocopies of relevant documents as per the advertisement. The interview will include a written component followed by a personal interview, beginning promptly at 10:00 a.m. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

Qualification for ICAR-NRRI Recruitment 2024
- Name of the Project : “Development of host differentials, pathotyping and identification of genomic regions for bakanae (Fusarium fujkuroi Nirenberg) disease resistance in rice” (EAP-421)
- Matriculation with +2 Vocational in Agricultural related subject / Diploma in Agricultural related subject. OR Matriculation with two (02) years of working experience in Agricultural field from reputed organization.
- Desirable: Knowledge on isolation, purification, characterization of the rice pathogens, field inoculation and maintenance is essential.
Pay Scale for ICAR-NRRI Recruitment 2024
Rate of remuneration: Rs. 18,000/- p.m. (consolidated)
Age Limit for ICAR-NRRI Recruitment 2024
Age as on date of interview : Min. 18 years & Max. 50 years. The above age limits are relaxable for SC, ST and OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms.
