The Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST) is conducting a recruitment drive for the positions of Project Associate and Laboratory Assistant, with a total of two vacancies. Candidates must be between 35 and 50 years old. The walk-in interview is scheduled for June 4, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the IASST conference room.
Applicants for the Project Associate position need a Master’s degree in Biotechnology or Microbiology and at least one year of research experience, while those applying for the Laboratory Assistant role require a Bachelor’s degree in related fields and one year of work experience.
Salaries range from Rs 20,000 to Rs 31,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Candidates must bring original and self-attested academic documents and report one hour before the interview. No TA/DA will be provided. IASST Recruitment 2024 Qualification
Project Associate
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology /Microbiology from a recognized university and at least one year research experience in microbiology laboratory.
Laboratory Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology /Microbiology/Zoology/Botany from a recognized university and at least one year working experience in microbiology laboratory.
Salary Details for IASST Recruitment 2024
Project Associate-I
- Rs 31000.00 + 16% HRA per month ,CSIR-UGC NET (including LS)/ GATE/ National level examination conducted by Central Govt. department, agencies, Institutions.
- Rs 25000.00 + 16% (Non-NET/GATE)
Laboratory Assistant
- Rs 20000.00 + 16% HRA per month.
Walk-in Details for IASST Recruitment 2024
- Walk in Date : 04-06-2024 at 02 pm- 04 pm in the conference room of IASST.
- All the original documents must be produced by the candidates during the interview.
- Candidates should bring their self-attested academic documents in the interview. A filled in form as attached with relevant documents must be sent to [email protected]. Candidate have to report one (1) hour before the interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
- The decision of the Competent Authority will be final.
