Age Limit for HUDCO Recruitment 2024
HUDCO is seeking applications from dynamic and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Executive, with 13 vacancies available. These roles are offered on a fixed-term basis (Contractual) initially for one year, with the possibility of extension up to four years based on performance and organizational requirements. Candidates should not exceed the age of 35 years.
The candidates must not have an age more than that mentioned in the first Table above. Following relaxation in age shall be given in case the position is reserved for the specific category subject to production of required certificate from the prescribed authority as per Government of India norms
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Ten years, in addition to the age relaxation permissible for SC/ST/OBC-NCL category candidates subject to the condition that the maximum age of the applicant including relaxation on the cut-off date shall not exceed 50 years.
Pay Scale for HUDCO Recruitment 2024
The Assistant Executive position at Level-1 in HUDCO offers a Monthly Consolidated Pay (MCP) of Rs. 65,000. Annual increments are granted from the first day of the joining month anniversary, contingent upon the yearly performance review. Employees in Grade Level-1 are entitled to 12 Casual Leaves (CL), 2 Restricted Holidays (RH), and 10 Sick Leaves annually.
They receive Travel Allowance/ Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) equivalent to E-1 level officers of HUDCO. Additionally, there's a Conveyance Allowance of Rs. 5,000 per month, with medical insurance reimbursement of up to Rs. 7,000 annually, mandated for all staff.
Performance-based incentives are provided, offering up to one-month MCP based on annual performance ratings. Further benefits include Meal Coupons worth Rs. 2,000 per month and mobile facilities, including call reimbursement and handset reimbursement once in service, aligned with E-1 level officers of HUDCO.
Selection Process for HUDCO Recruitment 2024
- The final selection process will comprise of overall performance in the Interview. The personal interview may be held in physical or online mode.
- Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for Personal Interview.
- The Selection process consists of marks obtained in Personal Interview.
- Candidates must qualify in the Personal Interview and must score 50% marks in order to be considered for empanelment.
- The offer of appointment shall be issued to the suitable candidates in the order of merit.
