You don't need to reach level 70 for the main game, but if you want to complete everything, you'll need to farm exp. It will take some time, but I have a few strategies you can use during your regular gameplay and in the post-game to reach the level cap as fast as possible.

Here are some tips for quickly farming experience points (exp) in "Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth":

• Complete all the Fiend Sightings on Easy : While it's beneficial to do normal Fiend Sightings for exp, this becomes more effective later in the game. To start leveling up easily in the post-game, switch the difficulty to Easy and tackle region-specific encounters like the Tonberry King. At around level 48 on Easy, I managed to defeat this boss in about two minutes. Focus on using Focus Thrust, avoid its lethal one-shot moves, and once staggered, defeat it quickly. This method allowed me to boost my primary party's levels from 48 to 58 swiftly in "Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth." While completing Fiend Sightings as you progress is good, farming tougher foes in the late game yields significant experience.
  
• Take the time to complete sidequests : My preferred method for farming experience points in "Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth" is by doing various sidequests in each chapter. Even early-game quests like "Where the Wind Blows" are worth doing for exp and other rewards. These missions serve a dual purpose beyond powering up your party. If you aim for the perfect date at the Gold Saucer later in the game, ensure you complete all sidequests for that character to build rapport with them. • Complete Combat Simulator Challenges : This option allows you to farm both exp and AP in "Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth." While farming AP, I found that in about an hour, I was able to increase my level from 26 to 29 using the preferred Combat Simulator Challenge.
