HSL is a Schedule ‘B’ CPSE with the administrative jurisdiction of Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence.

Qualification for Hindustan Shipyard Recruitment 2024
- The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate/ Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ Post Graduate/ Graduate with MBA/ PGDIM from a leading institute.
- The applicant should possess cumulative experience/ exposure for at least five years during the last ten years in Finance/ Business Development/ Production/ Operations/ Marketing/ Projects Management in a large Organization of repute.
- Applicants with experience in ship design/ construction/ repairs will have added advantage.
- The Chairman and Managing Director is the Chief Executive of the Corporation and accountable to its Board of Directors and Government of India/Share holders.
- He/ She is responsible for the efficient functioning of the Corporation, and for achieving its corporate objectives and performance parameters.
Pay Scale for Hindustan Shipyard Recruitment 2024
Scale of Post: Rs. 180000 – 320000 (IDA). The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale will be one year for internal candidates, and two years for others as on the date of vacancy.
