Hindustan Copper Recruitment 2024
Hindustan Copper Limited, Taloja Copper Project, has announced openings for Trade Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. Applications are invited from Indian citizens, starting from 28th June 2024. The available trades include Fitter, Electrician, and Welder (Gas and Electric), with respective eligibility criteria such as educational qualifications and age limits.
Candidates must possess the required qualifications and are required to register on the Government of India's apprenticeship portal. The selection will be based on a written test, and preference will be given to candidates from Maharashtra.
The apprenticeship period is one year, and stipends will be provided as per rules. Applications must be submitted by 12th July 2024 through Speed Post or Registered AD to the specified address.

- Fitter: 6 (UR-5; OBC-1)
- Electrician: 2 (UR)
- Welder (Gas and Electric): 1 (UR)
Qualification for Hindustan Copper Recruitment 2024
- Fitter: Educational Qualification - Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent. Technical Qualification - Passed ITI exam in Fitter trade
- Electrician: Educational Qualification - Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 system or its equivalent. Technical Qualification - Passed ITI exam in Electrician trade
- Welder (Gas and Electric): Educational Qualification - Passed 8th class examination under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent. Technical Qualification - Passed ITI exam in Welder (Gas & Electric) trade.
Pay Scale for Hindustan Copper Recruitment 2024
Period of Apprenticeship training – As indicated against respective trades. Stipend - As admissible under the rules.
Age Limit for Hindustan Copper Recruitment 2024
The age of the candidate should be maximum 21 years as on cut-off date. A relaxation of 5 years is admissible for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates in the upper age limit. All govt. guidelines on the matter will be observed.
Selection Procedure for Hindustan Copper Recruitment 2024
- The candidates will be selected on the basis of written test (subject knowledge) to be held at Taloja Copper Project.
- If two or more candidates secure equal marks while preparing merit list, then the candidate of higher age will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates from Maharashtra.
- Candidates called for Written Test have to make their own arrangements. Company does not have accommodation facility
