Qualification for High Court Of Tripura Recruitment 2024
A candidate must be a citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India and must be a holder of Degree In Law from a recognized University established by Law in India
Pay Scale for High Court Of Tripura Recruitment 2024
Grade-in of Tripura Judicial Service will be conducted in accordance with the Tripura Judicial Service Rules, 2003 (as amended periodically). The position offers a pay scale of ₹77,840 - ₹1,36,520 (Revised), along with other allowances as per the current rules.

Application Fee for High Court Of Tripura Recruitment 2024
- The application fee is ₹1,000 (Rupees one thousand) for applicants in the Unreserved (UR) category and ₹500 (Rupees five hundred) for candidates in reserved categories (ST/SC/PWD).
- Once paid, the fee is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted for future recruitments.
- Payments must be made via Credit Card (Visa/Master/Rupay), Net Banking, Debit Card (Visa/Master/Rupay), Wallets, Cash Cards, or UPI.
- Other payment methods will not be accepted, and bank charges may apply.
Selection Procedure for High Court Of Tripura Recruitment 2024
- Candidates will first need to take a Preliminary Written Examination, which is a screening test consisting of objective questions worth 100 marks.
- This test will cover a range of subjects including General Knowledge, Aptitude, English, the Constitution of India, the Code of Civil Procedure, the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Transfer of Property Act, the Indian Contract Act, the Indian Penal Code, the Indian Evidence Act, the Law of Torts, and local laws of Tripura.
- General category candidates must secure 60% or more marks, while reserved category candidates need at least 50% to qualify for the Final Written Examination.
- Those who pass the Final Written Examination will be invited for an Interview/Viva Voce. To be eligible for the Viva Voce, general category candidates must achieve 60% or more in the Final Written Examination, whereas reserved category candidates need at least 50%.
- Candidates must bear their own expenses for attending the Preliminary Written Examination, Final Written Examination, and Viva Voce.
- Being selected in the examination does not automatically entitle a candidate to an appointment.
High Court Of Tripura Recruitment 2024 Last Date to Apply
- Candidates must submit their applications exclusively through the Online Application Portal. Hard copy applications will not be accepted by the High Court.
- Before submitting the online application, candidates should thoroughly read the instructions provided in the 'How to Apply' section of the Online Application Portal.
- The Online Application Portal will be accessible on the High Court's website (https://thc.nic.in) from August 9, 2024, to August 28, 2024, until 4:00 PM.
- To apply, candidates need to click on the 'Recruitment [Online Application]' tab on the High Court's homepage.
- Candidates should avoid submitting multiple applications. If unavoidable circumstances lead to multiple submissions, the application with the latest Registration Number must be complete in all respects.
- Only the application with the most recent Registration Number will be considered, and fees paid for one Registration Number will not be transferred to another.
- Candidates who achieve passing marks in the Preliminary Written Examination will be required to present original mark sheets, certificates, and documents for verification.
- Only those who meet the criteria will be eligible to proceed to the Final Written Examination.
