Qualifications Details for High Court of Jammu and Kashmir Recruitment 2024
Technical Member (State/UT); person shall be qualified for appointment as a Technical Member (State), if they have been an officer of the State Government or an officer of All India Service, not below the rank of Additional Commissioner of Value Added Tax or the State Goods and Services Tax or such rank, not lower than that of the First Appellate Authority, as has been notified by the UT of J&K, on the recommendations of the Council and has completed twenty-five years of service in Group A, or equivalent, with at least three years of experience in the administration of an existing law or the goods and services tax or in the field of finance and taxation
Age Limit for High Court of Jammu and Kashmir Recruitment 2024
Minimum age prescribed is 50 years and Maximum age is 67 years. Initial appointment will be for a period of 04 years (subject to maximum age limit of 67 years) and eligible for re-appointment for a period of 2 years.

- The Central Government shall appoint the Technical Member (State) on the recommendations of a Search-Cum-Selection Committee (hereinafter referred The "Committee"). Applications received would be scrutinized with respect to suitability of application for the post having regard to the qualifications and relevant experience of candidates.
- Shortlisted candidates may be called for personal interaction by the Committee, if deemed necessary and proper. The Committee shall recommend a panel of two names, on the basis of overall evaluation, to the Central Government to make the appointment to the post of Technical Member (State/UT).
