Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a premier aeronautical industry under the Ministry of Defence, is conducting a walk-in selection drive for one-year NATS Apprenticeship Training for Diploma and Degree holders. The selection, held at the Technical Training Institute, Bangalore, from June 3 to June 14, 2024, includes various engineering and non-engineering disciplines such as Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Civil, BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, and BCA.
Eligible candidates must have graduated after August 1, 2021, from a recognized institution, should not have prior apprenticeship experience, and must register on the NATS portal. The selected apprentices will receive a stipend of Rs. 9000 per month for degree holders and Rs. 8000 for diploma holders. The training starts in July 2024. Candidates must bring original documents and a copy of their NATS registration form to the venue. No travel allowances will be provided, and selection is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligibility Criteria for HAL Recruitment 2024
- Candidate shall pass Degree/Diploma
- Candidate should possess graduation/diploma from a recognized University/Board in India on or after 01/08/2021
- Candidates who have undergone /undergoing / already registered NATS contract under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are not eligible.
- Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible.
Pay Scale for HAL Recruitment 2024
Stipend of Rs.9000/- per month for Degree holders/Rs.8000/- per month for Diploma holders will be paid for 12 months of training. In addition subsidized canteen facility is available. In the stipend amount 50% will be paid by HAL and remaining 50% by Govt. of India through DBT.
Selection Process for HAL Recruitment 2024
Selection is based on first come first Serve basis.
Walk-in date for HAL Recruitment 2024
- The aspiring candidates shall register as “STUDENT” in the apprenticeship portal www.nats.education.gov.in and must bring the copy of the registration form.
- After completion of Apprenticeship Training, the Apprenticeship contract will be terminated and there will be no obligation on the part of HAL to offer any employment.
- Walk-In Dates: 03.06.2024 to 14.04.2024.
