Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is an Indian public aerospace and defense company based in Bangalore. Established on December 23, 1940, HAL is one of the world's oldest and largest manufacturers in the aerospace and defense industry. HAL started building aircraft as early as 1942 with the licensed production of Harlow PC-5, Curtiss P-36 Hawk, and Vultee A-31 Vengeance for the Indian Air Force. Currently, HAL operates 11 dedicated Research and Development (R&D) centers and 21 manufacturing divisions across 4 production units in India. The company is overseen by a board of directors appointed by the President of India through the Ministry of Defence.

Mode of Selection for HAL Recruitment 2024

Suitable candidates from amongst the applicants will be shortlisted for Interviews. Personal interviews will be conducted at Industrial Health Center, HAL, Ojhar Township. Final selection will be made based on the performance in the Interview.
