Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is inviting applications for the position of Zonal Doctors in Nasik. Applicants must be Indian nationals and meet the age limit of 65 years. Eligible candidates should hold an MBBS degree with either two years of post-qualification experience or a postgraduate degree without experience. All qualifications must be recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), and candidates must maintain a well-equipped clinic in their respective zones, ensuring availability during OPD timings for consultations. The remuneration ranges from ₹5,400 to ₹9,300 per month based on experience and qualifications.
The selection process includes shortlisting based on committee recommendations, followed by personal interviews at HAL Hospital, Ojhar Township. Interested candidates should download the application form from the HAL website and submit it along with self-attested photocopies of relevant documents by October 24, 2024. The initial engagement period for selected Zonal Doctors is two years, subject to extension based on satisfactory performance, and candidates must possess a valid email ID for interview communication.

Qualification for HAL Recruitment 2024
- MBBS with 2 yrs post qualification experience. / MBBS + Postgraduate degree without any experience & willing to do the general practice. Qualification should be recognized by Medical Council of India. He/she should have valid MCI Registration under the Medical Council of India Act.
- Doctor should be running his/her private well established and equipped clinic in respective zone.
- Doctor has to ensure his/her availability during OPD timings for consultation. OPD timings should be both, in morning & evening and he/she will attend HAL Patients in his/her routine OPD timing only.
Remuneration for HAL Recruitment 2024
MBBS with 2 yrs post qualification experience Rs. - 5400/- Per month ii) MBBS + Postgraduate degree without any experience Rs. 9300/- Per month (Remuneration includes: Consultation charges with additional charges of Injection/Dressing etc.)
General Conditions for HAL Recruitment 2024
- Only Indian National need to apply.
- Mere submission of application will not entail right for claiming employment.
- Candidate possessing regular/full time qualifications prescribed above is only eligible to apply. In other words, the qualifications acquired through part time/correspondence/distance education/Elearning course are not eligible to apply. IV. The engagement of Zonal Doctors will be purely on temporary basis and will not confer any right to the consultant to claim the status of a regular employee of the Company.
- The Zonal Doctors will not be eligible for any other Allowance or benefits other than those indicated above;
- Age and experience are to be calculated as on the date of advertisement.
- HAL will provide a List of eligible employees (residing in respective zones) along with their family members and it will update as per requirement. (Addition/deletion).
Selection Process for HAL Recruitment 2024
- On the basis of Committee Recommendation eligible applicants will be shortlisted for Interview. Personal interview will be conducted at HAL Hospital, Ojhar Township. Final selection will be done based on the performance in the Interview.
- Candidates are required to possess a valid e-mail ID, so that intimation regarding interview can be sent. HAL will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail sent to the candidates by e-mail. The exact timing of the Interview will be intimated to the candidates through e-mail.
How to apply for HAL Recruitment 2024
- Interested and eligible candidates may download the application form from HAL Website and send/submit the duly filled-in application in the prescribed format as at Annexure-I and enclosing selfattested photocopies of Certificates/documents in Proof of age, qualification, experience, training etc. by Post/Courier/By hand, so as to reach on or before “24/10/2024” to Chief Manager (Human Resources), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Aircraft Division, Ojhar Township Post Office, Tal. Niphad, Nashik-422 207.
- After receiving the applications for the post of Zonal Doctor, HAL Committee will visit to the clinic of eligible applicant to verify whether all required facilities are available in the clinic.
- The Zonal Doctors will be engaged initially for a period of two years, which may be extended for every 2 years as per discretion of management based on satisfactory services by the Zonal Doctors as certified by Chief of Medical Services (IHC).
