Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking Part-Time/Visiting Consultants for HAL Hospital at Accessories Division, Lucknow. The engagement is on a part-time basis for an initial period of one year. There are five positions available for consultants specializing in various alternative therapies such as Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Unani, Acupressure, and Acupuncture.
Applicants should hold MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience, or possess postgraduate degrees/diplomas in the respective field with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience. Basic knowledge in computer applications is desirable. The upper age limit for applicants is 65 years as of 18.04.2024.
Interested candidates should submit their applications in the prescribed format along with photocopies of testimonials and a passport-size photo to the Sr. Manager (HR)-Recruitment Section at HAL Accessories Division, Lucknow. The envelope should be marked with the name of the post applied for and must reach the designated address by 18.04.2024. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview conducted by a duly constituted Selection Committee.

Qualification for HAL Recruitment 2024
MBBS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS or equivalent in relevant field from recognised institute (Experience of 1-2 years preferable) or MBBS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS with postgraduate degree/diploma or equivalent in relevant field from recognised institute (minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the relevant stream).
Pay Scale for HAL Recruitment 2024
- Remuneration for Part Time/ Visiting Consultant in various alternative therapies (Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Unani, Acupressure & Acupuncture:- a) For MBBS/ BAMS/BHMS/ BUMS or equivalent with Experience of 1-2 years preferable.
- @ Rs. 350/- per hour for 2 hours per day i.e. Rs.700/- + Rs. 180/- (considering distance to be 10 km for to & fro) towards conveyance. Total emolument for one week (2 visit a week) will be Rs. 1400/- + Rs. 360/- = Rs. 1760/-. Total annual emolument will be Rs. 1760/- x 52 weeks = Rs. 91520/- approx.
- b) For MBBS /BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS with postgraduate degree/diploma. @ Rs. 1750/- per hour for 2 hours per day i.e. Rs.3500/- + Rs. 180/- (considering distance to be 10 Km maximum for to & fro) (for conveyance per visit).
- Total emolument for one week (2 visit a week) will be Rs. 7000/- + Rs. 360/- = Rs. 7360/-. Total annual emolument will be Rs. 7360/- x 52 weeks = Rs. 382720/- approx.
Age Limit for HAL Recruitment 2024
