Age Limit for HAL Recruitment 2024
- Upper Age limit not above 28 years as on 31/05/2024 for Unreserved Category & EWS category candidates.
- Upper Age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC/ST category candidates. Name of the caste to which candidate belongs must appear in the Central List of SC / ST of respective state as notified by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India. The caste certificate must contain date of issue and the name of the caste should be spelled exactly in the same manner as appearing in the central list.
Pay Scale for HAL Recruitment 2024
Employees are entitled to a comprehensive monthly compensation package based on two scales: Scale-5 and Scale-6. For Scale-5, the breakdown includes a Basic Pay of Rs. 22,000, Dearness Allowance (DA) at 43.7% amounting to Rs. 9,614, House Rent Allowance (HRA) set at 27% totaling Rs. 5,940, and additional perks and allowances under the Cafeteria Plan at 25% equating to Rs. 5,500, along with a Medical Allowance of Rs. 1,500.
This sums up to an approximate total of Rs. 44,554 per month. For Scale-6, corresponding figures are Basic Pay Rs. 23,000, DA Rs. 10,051, HRA Rs. 6,210, Cafeteria perks Rs. 5,750, and Medical Allowance Rs. 1,500, resulting in an approximate total of Rs. 46,511 per month. These entitlements reflect the structured benefits aimed at providing competitive and balanced compensation to employees.
Selection Process for HAL Recruitment 2024
- The selection will be done through Written Test which will be conducted in Bangalore. All communications will be made via email only. Hence it is mandatory that the candidates should have their individual personal email ID for making correspondences.
- The Written Test will be of 2 ½ hours duration. The test will be in 3 parts, comprising of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Part-I will consist of 20 questions on General Awareness, Part-II will consist of 40 questions on English & Reasoning. Part-III will consist of 100 questions on the concerned Discipline. Each question carries one mark each and there is no negative Mark
