The Government of Punjab is recruiting for the position of Senior Pilot with one vacancy available. The salary offered is Rs. 4,00,000 per month.
Applicants must possess valid CHPL or ALTP (H), current FRTOL, RTR (A), and a current class-1 medical certificate, along with other specified qualifications and experience. Preference will be given to candidates with Bell-429 Helicopter endorsement.
Selection will be made by the Departmental Selection Committee, and interested candidates must submit their applications with required documents to the Director of Civil Aviation, Government of Punjab, Chandigarh, within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.

Qualification for Government of Punjab Recruitment 2024
- Should posses valid CHPL or ALTP (H)
- Current FRTOL, RTR (A)
- Medical : Current class-1
- Qualified English Proficiency;
- At least 3000 hours, including 2000 hours of experience as PIC and at least 250 hours on Multi Engine, Glass cockpit Helicopter; and
- 75 hours as PIC on type of helicopter and at least 10 hours of night flying experience; and
- In addition, one should have a minimum of 30 hours as PIC experience in the last 6 months on type or similar type of helicopter including five hours on type in the last thirty days of the intended flight.
- Preference will be given to candidates having Bell- 429 Helicopter endorsement on their licences.
Selection Procedure for Government of Punjab Recruitment 2024
- The selection on these posts will be made by the Departmental Selection Committee and the decision of this Committee / Government will be final.
