Qualification for GERMI Recruitment 2024
- PG Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering with minimum 6 years of work experience including 3 years in the areas of feedstock assessment, biogas development, plant engineering, plant design using AutoCAD or any other design software etc.OR
- Graduate degree in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years of work experience including 3 years in the areas of feedstock assessment, biogas development, plant engineering, plant design using AutoCAD or any other design software etc.
- Any certificate course in design software
- Experience in the field of Wind/ Off-shore wind/ Renewable energy is desired
- Engineering principles for biogas technology
- Experience of using advanced excel tools
- Preparation of detailed project report for CBG plant
- Experience in AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Understanding of biogas policies & regulations

- Develop reports as per client’s requirements
- Present the reports before the clients
- Handle techno-economics of the projects under execution
- Project management with the scope of work aligned with the client needs
- Pre and post commissioning assessment of CBG projects
- Quantification of CBG produced
- Regular site visits to assess the compliances with the design, drawings and specifications, and applicable codes and regulation
- Understanding the tender documents and bid submission with the scope of the project
- Other assignments as suggested by Team Lead
- Any other task as and when delegated by the management
