GBPIHED Recruitment 2024 Notification Out Project Associate-I and Senior Accounts Assistant Vacancies , Check Eligibility at gbpihed.gov.in

The G.B. Pant National Institute of Himalayan Environment (GBPIHED) invites applications for Project Associate-I and Senior Accounts Assistant roles at its North-East Regional Centre, Itanagar (A.P.).

Project Associate-I requires a Master's degree with relevant experience, while Senior Accounts Assistant necessitates a graduation degree and accounting experience.

Walk-in interviews are scheduled for April 30, 2024, and applications must be submitted by April 26, 2024, via email. Selected candidates will undergo virtual/physical interviews, and no TA/DA will be provided.

Qualification for GBPIHED Recruitment 2024

Project Associate-I :

• First class Master's degree in (M.Sc./M.Tech./ M.E./ other relevant) Botany/ Zoology/ Wildlife Sciences/mConservation Biology/LifeSciences/Remote Sensing And Gis/EnvConservation Biology/Environmental Engg. or
• Science/other equivalent subject areas from a recognized university.
• Research experience and knowledge of the ecological process of the High-altitude environment
• 2 -3 years' work experience in Remote Sensing & GIS with basic knowledge of any programming software such as R.
• Google Earth Engine etc.
• Experience in data collection, processing, compilation, andn database management.
• Physically fit to work in the Himalayan region.

Senior Accounts Assistant :

• Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university and experience in account handling work.
• Experience in account-related matters (i.e., Trial balance, Bank reconciliation, Manit. Of Journal, ledger etc., Knowledge of PFMS, Tally, etc.
• Knowledge of computer applications.

Age Limit for GBPIHED Recruitment 2024

• Applications are sought from Indian citizens for project-based roles at the North-East Regional Centre, Itanagar (A.P.).
• Age limits maximum of are set at 32 to 35 years for Project Associate-I and a maximum of 40 years for Senior Accounts Assistant.

• No TA/DA sGBPIHEDl be paid for attending the Interview.

• In case of any dispute/ambiguity that may occur in the process of selection, the decision of the Institute in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications, mode of selection, and the conduct of examination/ interview will be final and no query or correspondence will be entertained in this connection from any individual or his/her agency.

• It is essential to mention the name of the project, the position applied for and the postcode number in the subject area of the mail sent by you.
• Applications in the prescribed format will only be accepted.
• The shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview to be held on 30 April, 2024.
• The interview will be held through virtual/physical modes. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates appearing for the Interview.
• Aspiring candidates satisfying the eligibility criteria may walk-in on 30.04.2024 on. (10:30 AM onwards) at NIHE, North-East Regional Centre.
• Candidates must bring original documents pertaining to their educational qualifications & experience along with one set of photocopies.
• The experience will not be considered without an experience certificate.
