Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital has announced a recruitment notification for the position of Medical Officer. Interested candidates must hold an MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC), and must be registered with the Odisha Council of Medical Registration. Additionally, candidates should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in Tuberculosis Control Programs and possess a Diploma or MD in Public Health or Tuberculosis & Chest Diseases from an NMC-recognized institute.
The maximum age limit for applicants is 67 years. The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs. 63,152 per month along with performance incentives. The recruitment will be based on merit, with final selection determined through an interview process. Candidates must achieve at least 50% in the viva-voce test to be included in the merit panel, which will be valid for one year.

Qualifications Details for Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital Recruitment 2024
- The Candidate must have passed MBBS from an Institute recognized by national Medical Commission(NMC).
- The candidate must have valid registration from Odisha Council of Medical Registration
- The Candidate must have 2 years of post qualification Experience in Tuberculosis Control Pregramme

Selection Process for Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital Recruitment 2024
- The selection of Medical Officer will be purely Merit Basis of interview Final panel merit list shall be prepared as per the marks secured in Viva-voce Test.
- The candidate securing 50% and more marks in final panel merit list shall be kept in the panel with the validity for 01 years from date of its approval.
