The ESI Hospital in Okhla, New Delhi, is conducting walk-in interviews for various medical positions. They seek Senior Residents for departments like Anesthesia & Critical Care, Casualty, Chest, Dermatology, ENT, Gynecology, Pathology, Radiology, and Bio-Chemistry, with a tenure of one year, extendable for another year, up to a maximum of three years, with specific eligibility criteria including a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty and registration with the appropriate medical council.
Full-time contractual Specialists are also required for departments such as Anaesthesia & Critical Care, General Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, and Radiology, with qualifications including MBBS with Post Graduate degree/diploma in the respective specialty and several years of experience.
Terms and conditions include restrictions on private practice, no reimbursement for travel expenses, and the discretion of the Medical Superintendent regarding interview arrangements and vacancies. Qualifications Details for ESIC Recruitment 2024
Senior Resident: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university, registered with Delhi Medical Council or Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. Candidates possessing at least 2(Two years working experience after completing MBBS in concerned specialty/discipline may also appear in the walk-in-interview and shall be selected, if no PG/Diploma candidate appear in the identical speciality.
Super Specialist:
- MBBS, MD/MS/DNB with DM/DNB in Concerned Super Speciality from MCI recognized Medical College and registered with Delhi Medical Council or Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. Five years' experience in concerned Super Speciality after obtaining the first Post- graduate degree.
- MBBS with Post Graduate degree/diploma in concerned speciality from a recognized University with 3 years experience after acquiring the Post Graduate Degree or 5 Years experience after acquiring the Post Graduate Diploma and registered with Delhi Medical Council or Medical Council of India or State Medical Council
Age Limit for ESIC Recruitment 2024
- Senior Resident: Not exceeding 45 years as on 16/05/2024 (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per rule).
- Full-Time Contractual Specialist: Not exceeding 67 years as on 16/05/2024
Pay Scale for ESIC Recruitment 2024
- Rs. 67,700/- as per level -11 of the 7th CPC matrix + other allowances per month as per rules applicable. (An amount of Rs. 1350/- to be deducted if the SRs possess only diploma and a deduction of Rs. 2250/- is to be made if the SR concerned does not possess a Diploma/degree.)
- For Junior Specialist (Level 11; 3 yrs exp. post PG as per RR): Rs. 1,27,141/-
- For Senior Specialist (Level 12; 5 yrs exp. post PG as per RR): Rs 1,47,986/-
- Super Specialist: Rs. 1,00,000/-
- Consultant (Sr. Levels): Rs. 1,50,000/-
- Super Specialist (Entry Level) Rs. 1,00,000/-
- Consultant (Sr. Levels): Rs. 1,50,000/-
Application Fee for ESIC Recruitment 2024
- For General & OBC Candidates fee is Rs. 300/- and for SC/ST is Rs. 75/- in the form of a Demand Draft payable at 'New Delhi' in favour of 'ESI Fund A/c no. 01'. There is no fee for women & PWD Candidates.
- On engagement, the selected candidate shall be required to deposit an amount of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) through demand draft/banker's cheque payable at New Delhi in favor of 'ESIC Fund account no. at the time of joining, which shall be refundable after completion of tenure (minimum two-month service including notice period{30 davs}) and production of " No Dues Certificate".

- Interested candidates may appear for the interview with attested photocopies of Matriculation certificate, proof of age, Caste Certificate, MBBS, Diploma/Degree certificate, attempt certificate of MBBS & Diploma/PG, valid DMC/MCI/State Registration Certificate & Experience Certificate, along with originals. Candidates should also bring two recent passport-size photographs along with proof of residence.
