ESIC Medical College Bihta, Patna- 801103 invites application form for following Part time / full time engagement as Super- specialist Consultant on contract basis as per stipulated terms and condition at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Bihta, Patna.
ESIC is committed to bear 100% cost of Chemo-therapy by in-house arrangements for its beneficiaries and it is proud to have a robust and comprehensive Rate Contract of all Chemotherapy Drugs for best care of its members. In-house separate Chemo- Therapy ward is available with designated manpower. OTs are modular and is equipped with all modern devices- CT facility is available with in-house Radiology & Laboratory services including Histology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry.
In near future, MRI facility would be extended for better teaching, training and patient care. Super- Specialty units would be adequately supported by attached Junior Doctors and other Para-medical staff members. Short-term stay in furnished campus Guest House is available with nominal charges; multiple cafeterias for reasonably wide verities of food options are available in-side the campus.

Qualification for ESIC Recruitment 2024
DM / M.Ch in concerned Medical / Surgical Branch. For Oncology Post - the qualification should be MD in Medicine/ MD in Radiation Oncology with 09 Year post MD experience in comprehensive Cancer Centre /Regional Cancer Center /Teaching Hospital running Medical Oncology course / Cancer Wing of a Medical College Hospital.
Pay Scale for ESIC Recruitment 2024
Part Time
- For 16 hour / week (with not less than 04 hour & not more than 08-hour in a day) - Rs. 1,50,000/- per month with additional earning for work beyond 16 Hour/ week as per clause (ii) below.
- In case of requirement, additional maximum 16 hour of work/week can be added with extra-remuneration of Rs. 1500/hour on requirement in continuation of above-mentioned work-duration - such as help running Specialty ICU, Dialysis Unit, extension of on-going surgery beyond stipulated time etc.
Full-time Appointment: Rs. 240000.00 / month.
- Minimum working hour will be 16 per week as per the direction of the Dean.
- Available on call 24 × 7.
- The amount of fixed remuneration will be applicable upto 100 (One Hundred) new cases, 100 (One Hundred) old cases and 50 (Fifty) IPD cases per months. Beyond this will be charged as per CGHS Rate.
- Cross Reference Charges of indoor ward patients from broad specialties to be paid @ of OPD Consultation Charges.
- Cross Reference Charges of ICU patients from broad specialties to be paid @ of IPD Consultation Charges.

Application Fee for ESIC Recruitment 2024
Rs. 5,00/- (Five Hundred) only through Demand Draft in favor of ESIC Fund Account No. 2, payable at State Bank of India, Bihta, Patna. Fee once paid; will not be refunded under any circumstances. Without submission of Interview Fee, he/ she will not be allowed for appearing in the Interview.
Selection Procedure for ESIC Recruitment 2024
- Screening, communication, interview & recruitment will be conducted on phased manner as per the availability of experts, receiving of complete documents from the candidates and requirement of the position.
