Qualification for ESIC Recruitment 2024

• Super Specialist:A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). M.Ch./DM or equivalent in the concerned Super specialty. Candidates with at least five years experience in the concerned super specialty after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree will be considered for engagement.
• Post Graduate Degree/DNB or Diploma in respective specialty after MBBS with MCI registration.
• Senior Resident: MBBS with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma or equivalent as per residency scheme in concerned specialty from recognized University/Institution.
• As per ESIC Hqrs letter dated 27.07.20, Preference is to be given to a PG qualified candidate and selection of non-PG qualified candidate may be resorted to only when PG qualified candidates are not available subject to the condition that such candidates possess at least 2 years working experience in the same discipline in which they are proposed to be engaged.

Remuneration for ESIC Recruitment 2024

• Full Time Super Specialist: Junior/Entry level - Rs. 2,00,000/- per month. Consultant (Sr. Level) -Rs. 2,40,000/-per month
• Specialist: Basic pay of Rs. 78,800/- as per 7th CPC (Level-12) + other allowances as admissible under the rules per month for Specialist (Sr. Level) with 5 years’ experience post PG as per RR.
• Basic pay of Rs. 67,700/- as per 7th CPC (Level-11) + other allowances as admissible under the rules per month for Specialist (Jr. Level) with 3 years’ experience post PG as per RR.
• Senior Resident (under Residency Scheme): Basic Pay of Rs. 67,700/- (Level-11) as per 7th CPC + other allowances as admissible under the rules per month

Walkin Details for ESIC Recruitment 2024

• Candidate should bring their own application Performa {attached} and application should be submitted separately for each post.
• Mere declaration of the selection of candidate does not confer the right to the post. This is subject to scrutiny of the documents at the time of joining.
• The candidate should have to produce the proof of essential academic qualification on the day of interview failing which his/her candidature for the said post will not be considered.
