EdCIL Recruitment 2024 Qualifications Details

• Proficiency in teaching in Tamil & English is mandatory.
• Master’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
• Bachelor’s of Education (B. Ed.) Degree from a recognized university (desirable).
• Minimum 5 years of full-time relevant teaching experience is mandatory in the subject concerned for 10th (TGT) and 12th (PGT) level.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in providing training to teachers covering subject matter/curriculum/pedagogy/instructional strategies/classroom management is desirable. The selected teacher trainers shall train the teachers of Sri Lanka in the respective subject matter, curriculum, pedagogy, instructional strategies, classroom management, educational technologies, etc

EdCIL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

• Maximum age limit of 65 Years as of 5th March 2024 (date of publishing of advertisement).

EdCIL Recruitment 2024 Pay Scale

• The trainers shall be paid a fixed remuneration of INR 1,25,000/- (Rupees One Lakh TwentyFive Thousand only) per month from the date of joining.
• Remuneration shall be paid in Indian currency only

Selection Process for EdCIL Recruitment 2024

• The selection process will be through Interviews.
• The mere issue of the interview call letter to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared.

How to Apply for EdCILRecruitment 2024

• Candidates are required to apply online through EdCIL website https://edcilteacherrecruitment.com. No other means/mode of application will be accepted.
• There is NO application fee for the above posts.
• Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID. It should be kept active during the period of this recruitment. All the details/information regarding the recruitment process shall be shared with the candidates through their registered email ID only.
• The name of the candidate, date of birth and his/ her Parents’ name etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the Class X (Matriculation/SSC) certificates/ mark sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
• Carefully fill in the complete details in online application form. Scan and upload your recent photograph and signature at the appropriate places as per instructions contained in the online application format and submit the same. Login id and password will be sent through e-mail on registration. Candidates are requested to keep the same till completion of all the steps for successful submission of application and for future records.
• The application printout with photograph affixed will also have to be submitted during document verification at the time of interview along with the original self-attested copies of certificates in support of Age, Qualification, Experience, etc. as applicable.
