ECIL has diversified into strategic sectors such as Nuclear, Defence, Security, Aerospace, Information Technology, Telecom and e-governance.
ECIL is looking to engage Graduate Engineer Apprentices (GEA) and Diploma Apprentices (TA) under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 for one year Apprenticeship training at Hyderabad in the following Branches:

ECIL Recruitment 2024: Selection Procedure
- Based on the online applications data, candidates will be called for original documents verification at CLDC-ECIL Hyderabad.
- After successful document verification, Apprentices selections will be done based on the qualifying examination marks merit (i.e B.E./B.Tech. consolidated marks merit for GEAs and Diploma consolidated marks for Diploma Apprentices).
- In case of CGPA, relevant CGPA to marks percentage conversion certificate from the college/university should be produced by the candidate.

ECIL Recruitment 2024 invites applications for 187 Apprentice posts, with the application window open from 20th November to 1st December 2024.
ECIL Recruitment 2024: How to Apply Online
- Interested candidates who possess the required criteria/educational qualification MUST register themselves on the website of the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) i.e www.nats.education.gov.in.
- Subsequent to registration in the portal mentioned above, the interested eligible candidates shall submit the online application through ECIL website: “www.ecil.co.in” - ‘Careers’ - ‘Current Job Openings’.
- Applications submitted on the ECIL website shall only be accepted and considered.
- After applying online, the candidate is required to take the printout of the registered online application form with system-generated application serial number.
- Candidate is required to note down application serial number, for all future references. The candidate can take a re-print of his/her registered online application form before the last date for Online registration.
- The candidate has to quote his/her system-generated online application number for all future correspondence.
- No separate communication will be sent to any candidate on their non-selection at any stage of the engagement process.
- The application is liable for rejection at any stage of the recruitment process in case it is submitted with incorrect information.
- Further, if any other shortcoming is noticed (either at the instance of a candidate or otherwise) even after Apprenticeship commencement, his/her apprenticeship will be liable for termination forthwith.
