ECGC has announced its recruitment for Probationary Officers with 40 vacancies. Candidates aged between 21 and 30 years are eligible to apply. The application process is online, starting from September 14, 2024, and closing on October 13, 2024. Applicants must have a graduation degree from a recognized institution and provide proof of passing by September 1, 2024. The application fees are Rs. 175 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates and Rs. 900 for others.

The selection process includes an online exam and an interview. The final merit list will be valid for one year from the result publication date, during which any new vacancies up to March 31, 2025, may be filled. Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria and provide accurate documentation at each stage of the recruitment process.

Applications are accepted only through the ECGC website, and candidates should have a valid email ID for communication. Any discrepancies or false information may lead to rejection or termination of services if detected later.

Qualifications Details for ECGC Recruitment 2024

• A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
• The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
• All the educational qualifications mentioned should be from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Government Of India/ approved by Government Regulatory Bodies and the final result should have been declared on or before 01.09.2024.
• Proper document from Board / University/ Institution for having declared the result on or before 01.09.2024 has to be submitted at the time of interview.
• The date of passing the eligibility examination will be the date appearing on the mark-sheet or provisional certificate issued by University / Institute.
• In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University / Institute and web-based certificate is issued then proper document/certificate in original issued and signed by the Appropriate Authority of the University / Institute indicating the date of passing properly mentioned thereon will be reckoned for verification and further process.

• Intimation Charges Payable from 14.09.2024 to 13.10.2024(Online payment), both dates inclusive, shall be as follows- - Rs.175/- for SC/ST/PwBD candidates as intimation charges. - Rs. 900/- inclusive of intimation charges for all others Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate

Selection Process for ECGC Recruitment 2024

• Final selection shall be based on the performance and merit of the candidates in the Online Exam and Interview, taken together.
• On completion of the interview process, based on the business needs of the Company, candidates shortlisted will be issued joining letter based on merit keeping in view the spirit of Government Guidelines on reservation policy, various guidelines issued by Government of India/Others from time to time, administrative exigency, etc.
• Vacancies given in this advertisement are indicative as on the date of advertisement.
• However, the merit list of this Selection Process will be valid till one year (i.e. 365 days) from the date of publication of final result and any vacancies arising for the period up to 31.03.2025 may be filled by issuing the offer letters to the candidates based on it. The merit list will expire automatically one year (i.e. 365 days) after the publication of final result.
• However, the Company reserves the right to not use this merit list when all the notified vacant posts are filled up.

General Instructions for ECGC Recruitment 2024

• Candidates will have to invariably produce and submit the requisite documents such as valid call letter, a photocopy of the original of photo-identity proof bearing the same name as it appears on the online submitted application form etc. at the time of examination and interview respectively.
• No document shall be directly sent to ECGC by the candidates before or after online examination.
• A Candidate’s admission to the examination/ shortlisting for interview/ and subsequent processes is strictly provisional.
• The mere fact that the call letter(s) has been issued to the candidate does not imply that his/ her candidature has been finally cleared by ECGC Ltd. ECGC Ltd would be free to reject any application, at any stage of the process, cancel the candidature of the candidate in case it is detected at any stage that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information/certificate/documents or has suppressed any material fact(s).
• If candidature of any candidate is rejected for any reason according to the terms and conditions of this advertisement, no further representation in this regard shall be entertained.
• Such decisions shall be final and binding on the candidate. If any of these shortcomings is/are detected after appointment in ECGC Ltd, his/her services are liable to be summarily terminated.

ECGC Probationary Officers Recruitment 2024 Last Date to Apply Online at ecgc.in

• Candidates can apply online only from 14.09.2024 to 13.10.2024 and no other mode of application will be accepted. Pre-Requisites for Applying Online
• Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges. (vii) have a valid personal email ID, which should be kept active till the declaration of results.
• Candidates are first required to go to the ECGC website www.ecgc.in and click on the Home Page to open the link “Career with ECGC” and then click on the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE” to open the On-Line Application Form.
• ECGC may send intimation to download call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID.
• Under no circumstances, a candidate should share with/mention e-mail ID to / of any other person.
• In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line and must maintain that email account.
