East Coast Railway Recruitment 2024
It has been decided to engage of Part Time Lady Doctors on contract basis at various health units of KUR division, East Coast Railway for a period of one year with 04 hours duty per day and 06 days per week which can be renewed as a fresh contract on year to year basis on administrative requirement and willingness of the concerned Part Time Lady Doctor, not extendable beyond 05 years or till the availability of regular IRHS Lady Doctors or the scheme is available, whichever is earlier.
East Coast Railway Recruitment 2024 Vacancy Count
05 (01 each at the health unit of Bhadrak, Cuttack, Talcher, Puri and Berhampur under Khurda Road Division). Community break-up of vacancies are proposed to be filled up as UR-3, OBC-1 & SC-1.
East Coast Railway Recruitment 2024 Qualifications
The candidates should be MBBS passed or be a Post graduate (MD or MS) and with Registration in Indian Medical Council or in possession of valid Registration Certificate of any of the State Medical Councils of India after completion of one year compulsory Rotatory Internship.
East Coast Railway Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
- Not exceeding 53 years of age as on date of notification. However age relaxation is admissible for 5 years to candidates from SC/ST community and 3 years for OBC community candidates.
- For retired Railway Doctors, retired Government Medical Doctors of State Governments and Central Government, age to be considered up to 65 years as on date of notification.
East Coast Railway Recruitment 2024 Remuneration
- Monthly remuneration is Rs. 36,900/- (including HRA & Transport Allowance). Daily rate of deduction from the fee for absence, in excess of eligibility may be Rs.1,230/- per day.
- For retired Railway Doctors, retired Government Medical Doctors of State Government and Central Government, the monthly remuneration, as decided by Railway Board, is subject to the condition that the pension plus contractual remuneration of the retired Doctors should not exceed than the last pay drawn at the time of retirement.
- No Dearness and any other allowances which are admissible to regular Railway Servants shall be admissible. Normally Sundays and National Holidays will be off.
- In case a railway accommodation is provided to the Part Time Lady Doctor, an amount equivalent to . license fees in normal rent of the accommodation so provided shall be deducted from the monthly fees admissible.
Walk-in Process for East Coast Railway Recruitment 2024
- Eligible and willing candidates should report at the venue given below along with the original certificates and self attested photocopies of certificates showing date of birth, educational qualification, community and two recent passport size photographs.
- Besides these, retired doctors should bring original P.P.O.(Pension Payment Order), Service Certificate & LPC along with attested photo copies of all.
