Qualification Details
- A Graduate Teacher (Mathematics) shall have a Graduation Degree in Science with honour or major in Mathematics and having Physics, Chemistry or Biology as pass course or minor subject in the Graduate level courses or
- Post Graduation Degree in Mathematics from a recognized University with Honours or Major in Mathematics having Physics, Chemistry or Biology as pass course or minor subject with at least 50% marks in either Graduation or
- Post Graduation and must have the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from Institution(s) recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education.

Selection Procedure
- Merit list of candidates for Graduate Teacher/ Post Graduate Teacher shall be based on the total of marks obtained in the TET cum Recruitment Test and as per selection criteria mentioned in the earlier advertisement
- For selection of the last candidate or determining merit, where a specified number of candidates have to be selected, if two or more candidates have same marks, the following procedure shall be followed:
- The candidate obtaining higher marks in the written examination shall be selected;
- If selection could not be made after following the above process, the candidate with earlier date of birth shall be selected;
- If the selection could not be made even after following the above process, the selection may be made by a draw of lots by the Director of Secondary Education, Assam.

- The Online Application will be accepted from 21st October 2024 (11.30 AM) to 15th November 2024 (midnight).
- No Multiple Applications shall be accepted.
- For any other issues related to online application, further instruction shall be intimated through application portal only.
