Qualification for District Legal Services Authority, Nalbari Recruitment 2024
- Applications are invited from legal practitioners for filling up the posts of Legal Aid Counsels for the following categories
- Civil and Matrimonial Case Work experience is 7 years or more
- Other criminal cases for complainant or informant of victim etc Work experience is 3 years or more and have experience in filling, examining or cross examining and placing argument etc.
- For victims/informant of Sessions Court and POCSO cases etc Work experience is 7 years or more
- Tihu Court Work experience is 3 years or more and have experience in filling, examining or cross examining and placing argument etc.

The date of interview/Viva voce shall be published in the official website only. No TA/DA for the journey appearing in the interview/Viva voce shall be entertained. No individual call letter(s) for the Interview/Viva voce shall be issued.

- The candidates shall also mention their personal contact numbers in their applications in order to facilitate future communication.
