The Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR DRDO) has announced recruitment for 11 positions including Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Research Associate. The vacancies are for candidates with qualifications in Psychology, with specific requirements for each position. Position, Vacancy for DIPR DRDO Recruitment 2024
Following Fellowships are available initially for a period of two years (extendable as per rules). The ORs and stipend applicable to these fellowships is given below:-
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 10
- Research Associate: 01
Qualification for DIPR DRDO Recruitment 2024
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Post GResearch Associateduation Psychology/ in Applied Psychology (Specialization in Organisation Behaviour/ Social Psychology/ Personality Assessment) with first division AND NET qualification.
Research Associate: Ph. D. In Psychology
Pay Scale for DIPR DRDO Recruitment 2024
Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
Rs. 37,000/- P.M. 1st and 20d year. Rs. 42,000/ - p.m. 3rd Year if retained as JRF. Rs.37,000/- p.m. during the entire tenure, if extended. The HResearch Associate shall be admissible as per govt rules. Contingency gResearch Associatent upto a maximum of Rs. 15,000/- per annum for 2 years. The contingency gResearch Associatent will be increased to Rs.20,000/- per annum for the subsequent years.
Research Associate:
Rs. 67,000/- P.M. during the entire tenure. The HResearch Associate shall be admissible as per govt rules. Contingency gResearch Associatent upto a maximum of Rs.20,000/- per annum during the entire tenure.
Age Limit for DIPR DRDO Recruitment 2024
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Maximum 28 years (Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and by 3 years for OBC candidates as per Government of India orders).
- Research Associate: Maximum 35 years (Relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 years for OBC candidates as per Government of India orders)

- Application with complete bio-data in the prescribed format should reach Director DIPR, Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi-110054 within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
- Affix a recent passport size photograph on the right top corner of the first page of application.
- Please send a crossed Indian Postal Order of Rs. 10/- drawn in favour of Director DIPR, Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi - 110054 along with the application. (Candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC are exempted from this payment).
- Candidates working in Govt/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel.
- Photocopies of the supporting documents for educational qualifications (XII, Graduation PG Mark sheets and Ph.D. Degree) and age proof (X Certificate/Marksheet) and NET certificate alongwith the application.
