Qualification for DIC Recruitment 2024
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field from a recognized university/institute.
- Master’s degree in engineering, AI, data science, or related fields from a recognized university/institute is preferred.
- 15+ years of work experience, with at least 7 years in technology including - AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies.
- Relevant experience working with government organizations or large public sector projects.
- Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years in managing technology teams and driving technical projects.
- Strong technical expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and relevant programming languages.
- Experience in developing and delivering AI-based solutions, including implementing end-to-end systems for public or organizational use.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks, SOTA models (e.g., transformers, GPT models), and experience with emerging technologies.
- Proven project management skills with a strong ability to manage complex technical projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with government officials, technical teams, and external partners.
- Familiarity with global AI trends, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Selection Process for DIC Recruitment 2024
- Screening of applications will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. IndiaAI reserves the right to fix higher threshold of qualifications and experience for screening and limiting the number of candidates for interview.
- Only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for interviews. India AI reserves the right to not to select any of the candidates without assigning any reason thereof.
General Conditions for DIC Recruitment 2024
- Those candidates, who are already in regular or contractual employment under Central / State Government, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies, are expected to apply through proper channel or attach a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the employer concerned with the application OR produce No Objection Certificate at the time of interview.
