The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has initiated Mission Bhashini, part of the Digital India Programme, aimed at transcending language barriers for digital inclusion. The Digital India Bhashini Division (DIBD) under the Digital India Corporation (DIC) manages this mission, collaborating with premier academic institutes like IITs and IIITs to develop advanced language AI models.
Bhashini hosts over 1000 AI-based language models. Currently, DIBD is seeking Engagement Managers to manage the startup portfolio, scout and onboard startups/incubators, and oversee program management for innovation exchanges.
The role requires a degree in B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA with experience in innovation and startups, or any graduate with experience in innovation ecosystem operations. Candidates must have a proven track record in similar positions and be adept at handling policy-level executions and innovation sprints.

Qualifications Details for DIC Recruitment 2024
- B. Tech /M-Tech / MBA with 5+ Years of experience in Innovation, Start-ups and incubation Segment
- Must have experience in preparing Tech proposals with start-ups /companies incubated with leading incubators.
- Experience in Handling Policy level executing of Innovation sprints will be an advantage. OR
- Any Graduate with 6+ Years of Experience in Innovation Ecosystem / Engagement and Incubation Unit Operations.
Age Limit for DIC Recruitment 2024
The Engagement Managers position offers three vacancies, with a maximum age limit of 58 years as of the closing date for application submissions. Screening of applications will consider qualifications, age, academic record, and relevant experience.
Pay Scale for DIC Recruitment 2024
