The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) launched Mission Bhashini under the Digital India Programme, aiming to break language barriers and promote digital inclusion in India. Managed by the Digital India Bhashini Division (DIBD) under Digital India Corporation, Bhashini integrates various stakeholders and hosts over 300 AI-based language models.
Currently, it's recruiting six Technical Solution Managers to oversee IT systems and applications, requiring experience in web portal development, cloud activities, and API integration. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in government projects.
Additionally, they should demonstrate proficiency in AI/ML technologies and have excellent communication and project management skills. The positions are temporary, subject to project needs, and applicants currently employed elsewhere must provide a No Objection Certificate. The age limit for application is 58 years, and selections will be based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.

Qualifications Details for DIC Recruitment 2024
- B. Tech / BCA / B.Sc. (IT) with 5+ Years of experience in managing IT systems and applications of a dynamic organization, experience in development of web portals Mobile Apps and Cloud related activities.
- Must have experience in Handling/Operating Govt Projects especially state government.
- Good hands-on experience in development of API based Web Applications /mobile applications and server management.
- Knowledge of AI / ML Systems will be added advantage.
Age Limit for DIC Recruitment 2024
DIC is seeking to fill six Technical Manager positions, with a maximum age limit of 58 years for applicants. These managers will be responsible for overseeing IT systems and applications within the organization. The maximum age shall be as on the last date of receipt of the applications. Role and Responsibilities for DIC Recruitment 2024
- Strong experience working in pre-sales on software development projects across a variety of technologies (Python , JavaScript, DevOps, Mobile, etc.).
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience working with clients in a B2B environment.
- Proficient in integrating API’s into webportals.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies.
- Knowledge of additional Technology areas like Audio Engineering, Computer Architecture, SDLC etc., would be added advantage.
- Experience crafting detailed proposals in response to RFPs and also reviewing RFP
- Experience leading software development teams to successfully ship projects that exceed expectations
- Proven track record of success in similar position.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts/teams at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Independent, proactive and self-motivated with a proven track record of always learning and growing and able to thrive under pressure.
- Experience of working for a government set up / project is desirable.
