Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering of this Institute is looking for young Scientists/Engineers for the position of ‘Post-Doctoral Fellow’ to work under Ministry of Science (MoES) sponsored research project entitled “Development high entropy alloys electrodes for hydrogengeneration from seawater electrolysis”

Pay Scale for DIAT Recruitment 2024
Monthly Stipend Payable: 67,000/- + HRA (as applicable). Hostel accommodation may be provided subject to the availability on payment basis. In addition to the monthly stipend, medical facilities limited to MI Room facilities shall be extended to the incumbent.
Age Limit for DIAT Recruitment 2024
Upper Age-Limit: Not exceeding 50 Years. The crucial date for determining the upper age-limit is 10th May, 2024. Upper age-limit is relaxable up to 05 years for SC/ST, Women & PwBD and 03 years for OBC (NCL) candidates.
Selection Procedure for DIAT Recruitment 2024
- Mode of interview will be “in-person” or “via video conferencing” and whichever is suitable to DIAT and shall be intimated to the shortlisted candidates.
- Based on the suitability for the project, the applicants will be called for interview (in person or video conference). The shortlisted (for the interview) candidate shall be individually informed via email. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview of any mode.
