(being audited by C&AG), Central PSUs, Joint Ventures or any other forms of organization between Central Govt. and State Govt with minimum 50% stake held by Central Government.

Qualification for DFCCIL Recruitment 2024
(i) Educational Qualification:
- The applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution, with a strong academic record.
(ii) Essential Experience:
(a) Experience Required: At least five (5) years of experience in planning, construction, or maintenance of traction distribution systems within Indian Railways, Indian Railway PSUs, Metro Railways, or similar entities.
(b) Additional Experience: Experience in tendering, contract management, and project management.
(c) Coordination Experience: Demonstrated experience and knowledge in coordinating and interfacing with railway-related disciplines such as track, signaling, and rolling stock.
(iii) Desirable Experience:
- Experience in the planning and construction of 2x25 KV TRD (Traction Distribution) systems is considered an added advantage.
Pay Scale for DFCCIL Recruitment 2024
- Executive Director (Electrical) E-9 Level (1,50,00- 3,00,000)
- CDA Pay Scales - Executive Director SAG officers (including NF SAG) having at least 04 years service in SAG and having a total of 25 years of Group 'A' Service/ Managerial service.
- IDA Pay Scales - Executive Director Working in E8 Level (Scale Rs. 1,20,000 - 2,80,000) having 1 at least 4 years' service in E8 and having a total of 25 years of Group 'A' Service/ Managerial service.
Age Limit for DFCCIL Recruitment 2024
The maximum age of the applicant should not exceed 58 (Fifty-Eight) years as on last date of advertisement.
Selection Procedure for DFCCIL Recruitment 2024

Shortlisting for Interview: Only applicants who meet all eligibility conditions will be considered for shortlisting. Selection Process: Selection of eligible and shortlisted candidates will be based on an interview and the assessment of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for the preceding four years. The evaluation will consider various attributes, including APAR ratings, experience profile, additional professional qualifications, and interview performance, in accordance with the current policy.

Reservation Policy: As per the Government of India’s instructions, reservation rules do not apply to deputation and absorption. However, eligible SC/ST candidates will be considered for selection along with other candidates.
