The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) is recruiting for the position of General Manager with one vacancy available. The role, based in New Delhi, is open to candidates with an LLB degree and relevant experience in drafting legal documents and providing legal advice related to infrastructure and construction projects.

Qualification for DFCCIL Recruitment 2024
Eligibility Criteria:
- Central/State Government Officers: Should be working in an analogous grade (Level-14) in the relevant discipline or at SG (Level-13) with 17 years of service in Group A in the relevant discipline.
- PSU Employees: Should be in an analogous grade in the relevant discipline or in the pay scale of ₹1,00,000-2,60,000 (IDA) (E7) with four years of service in that grade.
Educational Qualification:
- LLB from a recognized university or institute.
Experience and Responsibilities:
- Experience in drafting and vetting agreements and legal aspects related to infrastructure and construction projects.
- Provide legal advice on project issues, contractual matters, land acquisition disputes, arbitration awards, etc.
- Actively involved in drafting and vetting various documents and writ petitions required for legal submissions.
- Assist DFCCIL in resolving court cases through proactive interaction with counsels and monitoring hearings.
- Liaise with the Ministry of Railways (MoR), Ministry of Law & Justice (MoL), courts, Attorney General/Solicitor General/Additional Solicitor General (AG/SG/ASG) on ongoing cases and issues.
