Eligibility Criteria for DFCCIL Recruitment 2024
- Candidates eligible for the position should either be Central/State Government officers currently serving in an analogous grade (Level-14) in the relevant discipline or in Senior Grade (Level-13) with at least 17 years of service in Group A within the relevant discipline. Alternatively, PSU employees should be in an analogous grade in the relevant discipline or in the Rs. 1,00,000-2,60,000 (IDA) (E7) scale with a minimum of four years' service in that grade.
- Additionally, candidates must possess an LLB from a recognized university or institute, along with experience in drafting and vetting agreements and a solid understanding of legal aspects pertaining to infrastructure and construction projects.
Age Limit for DFCCIL Recruitment 2024
DFCCIL is seeking to fill the position of General Manager (Law) at its Corporate Office. The position is for a duration of 3 years, extendable to 5 years subject to exemption by DPE from the rule of immediate absorption. The role is open to officers of Indian Railways, officers of Central Government/CPSUs in analogous grades mentioned earlier. Appointment will be on deputation basis, and candidates should not exceed 55 years of age.
