Applications from eligible candidates are invited to fill up vacancy of 01 anticipated Secretary in the O/o the Electricity Ombudsman in terms of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Guidelines for establishment of the Forum and the Ombudsman for redressal of grievances of Electricity Consumers) Regulations, 2024.
The Institution of Electricity Ombudsman for NCT of Delhi, was set up in August 2004 and is located at B-53, Paschimi Marg, Opposite Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi - 110057. Applications are invited from interested candidates for the position of Secretary O/o The Electricity Ombudsman.

DERC Recruitment 2024: Salary Details
The Secretary would be entitled to a consolidated salary of Rs. 1,00,000/- per month (Rupees One Lakh Only) (with 5% increment per annum). Additionally, a car with driver would be provided to the Secretary for official purpose. There would be no other perks or allowances.

- Age Relaxation: As per Government norms.

- Applications not forwarded as per format are likely to be rejected. Copies of self attested testimonials / certificates relating to educational, work experience and proof of date of birth are to be attached and a self attested passport size photograph is to be affixed on the application form.
- In addition applicants who are still in service are requested to forward their application through departmental channel together with vigilance clearance.
- Applicants who have retired from government service / working in private sector or presently not working, are requested to furnish an undertaking as per formats, given out respectively (formats provided on DERC website i.e. www.derc.gov.in).
