Qualification for Department of Social Justice Punjab Recruitment 2024
Minimum educational qualification is Graduate with LLB in first division (Punjabi passed up to Matric standard). The tenure for the post will be two years but likely to be extended up to five years.
Three years practicing experience in Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, or three years working experience in Department of Legal and Legislative Affairs, Punjab/Advocate General office, Punjab or retired officer of Punjab Judicial Service.
The appointment on the post of OSD(L) will be made by the Government on the recommendation of Committee who will prepare the Merit of eligible Candidates on the basis of Parameter such as; percentage of Marks in the LLB. Weightage to LL.M, Experience and drafting of reply to the Writ Petitions.
Pay Scale for Department of Social Justice Punjab Recruitment 2024
The person appointed will be paid fixed salary/retainership fee of Rs. 60.000/- p.m.
