Department of Civil Aviation Chandigarh Recruitment 2024 Notification Out for 01 Senior Pilot, Check Eligibility at punjab.gov.in
The Department of Civil Aviation Chandigarh has announced recruitment for the position of Senior Pilot, with one vacancy available. The salary offered for this position is a fixed amount of Rs. 4,00,000 per month, along with a fixed house rent allowance of Rs. 25,000 per month and a fixed mobile allowance of Rs. 2,000 per month.
The qualifications required include possessing valid CHPL or ALTP (H) certifications, current FRTOL, RTR (A), and medical class-1 certification, among others. Preference will be given to candidates with Bell-429 Helicopter endorsement on their licenses. The last date to apply offline for this position is extended until 07th June 2024.

Qualification for Department of Civil Aviation Chandigarh Recruitment 2024
- Should posses valid CHPL or ALTP (H)
- Current FRTOL, RTR (A),
- Medical : Current class-1
- Qualified English Proficiency;
- At least 3000 hours, including 2000 hours of experience as PIC and at least 250 hours on Multi Engine, Glass cockpit Helicopter; and
- 75 hours as PIC on type of helicopter and at least 10 hours of night flying experience; and
- In addition should have minimum of 30 hours as PIC experience in th last 6 months on type or similar type of helicopter including five hours on type in the last thirty days of the intended flight.
- Preference will be given to candidates having Bell- 429 Helicopter endorsement on their licenses.
Pay Scale for Department of Civil Aviation Chandigarh Recruitment 2024
- Fixed Salary @ Rs. 4,00,000 per month with 3% annual escalation
- Fixed house rent allowance @ Rs. 25,000/ pm
- Fixed mobile allowance @ Rs. 2,000/-pm
