Online applications are invited for Research Assistants and Field Investigators positions under a research project funded by the Indian Council of Social Sciences Research (ICSSR). The project aims to empower social work practitioners by enhancing their skills and competencies to bring about positive social change. The positions are purely temporary and have varying durations, with salaries ranging from 10,000 to 37,000 rupees per month.
The positions available include Full-Time and Part-Time Research Assistants, as well as Full-Time and Part-Time Field Investigators. Candidates are expected to demonstrate willingness to travel to data collection sites and must possess research, writing, and documentation skills. Selected candidates are required to join by May 1, 2024.
Candidates are advised to apply before the deadline and ensure they fulfill the essential qualifications. No TA/DA will be provided for attending interviews, and canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification. Applicants must bring original documents and one set of attested photocopies for verification. Qualification for Delhi University Recruitment 2024
• The candidate should have knowledge about social work education/ profession.
• The candidate must have post-graduate qualification in social work (M.A in Social Work/ MSW from Central/ State, Deemed recognized University. At least 55 % marks should be in M.A.S.W/ MSW.
• The candidate applying for the Research Assistant Positions preferred with NET/M.Phil. /Ph.D. in Social Work.
Pay Scale for Delhi University Recruitment 2024
- Research Assistant Full-Time (1): 37000/- Per Month
- Research Assistant- Part Time (1): 10000/- Per Month
- Field Investigator- Full Time (2): 20,000/- Per Month
- Field Investigator- Part-time (1): 10000/- Per Month
Selection Procedure for Delhi University Recruitment 2024
- Mere fulfilling the essential qualification does not guarantee the selection for the mentioned position. The selection would be based on the performance in the interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for the attending interviews.
- The short-listed candidates shall be invited to appear for the personal interview on 24th April 2024 at the Department of Social Work through physical/ online mode.
- Candidate must have understanding of research, the writing and documentation skills are essentially required. The selected candidate must have to have to join by 1st May 2024
