Applications are invited for one position each in the following positions: Research Associate-I (RA), Project Associate-I (PA), Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Technical Assistant (TA) and Scientific Administrative Assistant (SAA) in the DST sponsored research project in Experimental High Energy Physics entitled, “Indian Participation in the CMS Experiment at CERN: Maintenance, Operation and Upgradation” at the Department of Physics & Astrophysics, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007.

Qualification for Delhi University Recruitment 2024
Research Associate-I (RA-I)
Ph.D. or equivalent degree in High Energy Physics/Nuclear Physics or related subject or having 3 years of research, teaching experience after M.Tech. with at least one research paper in SCI journal.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Post Graduate Degree in Physics or Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Professional Course
Project Associates -I (PA)
Masters Degree in Physics or Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent, preferably GATE
Technical Assistant (TA)
B.Sc. /3 years Diploma in Engineering & Technology
Scientific Administrative Assistant (SAA): Graduate Degree in any disciplin
Pay Scale for Delhi University Recruitment 2024
- Research Associate-I (RA-I): Rs. 58,000/- +HRA (27%)
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs.31,000/- + HRA (27%)
- Project Associates -I (PA): (i) Rs. 31,000/- +HRA (27%), (ii) Rs. 25,000/- + HRA (27%) for others who do not fall under (i) above
- Technical Assistant (TA): Rs. 20,000/- + HRA (27%)
- Scientific Administrative Assistant (SAA): Rs. 18,000/- + HRA (27%)
