CSMCRI Recruitment 2024 Notification Out for 03 Project Associate I, Check Eligibility at csmcri.res.in
Applications are invited for the positions of Project Associate-I at CSIR-CSMCRI for a CSIR funded project focused on enhancing solar salt yield. The project entails the deployment of an integrated system within selected industry premises, requiring candidates to work extensively in the field. Post No. 1 and 2 require candidates with a B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with expertise in heat transfer, thermal engineering, and renewable energy.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in design, analysis, and installation of mechanical systems, particularly related to solar energy. Post No. 3 requires candidates with an M.Sc. in Chemistry and experience in laboratory experiments and chemical analysis.
The positions are purely temporary, extendable based on performance, and offer emoluments ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 31,000 per month plus HRA. Interested candidates should submit their applications via email by April 30, 2024, following which shortlisted candidates will be notified for an online interview.

Qualification for CSMCRI Recruitment 2024
- B.E./B. Tech. Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent
- Preference will be given to the candidate with specialization or masters of engineering in Heat transfer/ Thermal Engineering/ Renewable engineering/ Fluid Mechanics/ Industrial Engineering/Machine Design and Solid Mechanics.
- B.E./B. Tech. Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent
- The selected candidates will have to focus on mechanical system such as equipment design, development, fabrication, procurement, material handling, installation & commissioning of the system, overall site supervision, data collection & analysis, monitoring & inspection, optimization, and extensive field work within salt-related field activities.
- M. Sc. in Chemistry. The selected candidates are required to work on experience in laboratory experiments / chemical analysis.

Pay Scale for CSMCRI Recruitment 2024
- Rs. 31000/- + HRA to scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE OR (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and institutions.
