CSL, also known as Cochin Shipyard Limited, has announced recruitment for 64 Project Officer positions based in Kochi. The salary ranges from ₹37,000 to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and additional compensations. Qualifications Details for CSL Recruitment 2024
- Minimum of two years post qualification experience in a Ship Building Company or Ship Repair Company or Marine related Company or Port or Engineering Company or Government Company or Establishment or Semi-Government Company or Establishment.
- Proficiency and experience of working in a computerized environment.
Age Limit for CSL Recruitment 2024
- The upper age limit prescribed for the posts shall not exceed 30 years as on 17 July 2024 i.e. applicants should be born on or after 18 July 1994.
- The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates in posts reserved for them
- Age relaxation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-servicemen shall be as per Government of India guidelines. However, in no case, age limit after applying all age relaxations shall exceed 45 years.
Pay Scale for CSL Recruitment 2024
- In the first year, the consolidated pay is ₹37,000 per month.
- In the second year, the consolidated pay increases to ₹38,000 per month, with an additional ₹3,000 per month compensation for extra hours of work.
- In the third year, the consolidated pay rises to ₹40,000 per month.
Application Fee for CSL Recruitment 2024
Application fee of ₹ 700/- (Non-refundable, plus bank charges extra) should be remitted using the online payment options (Debit card/Credit card/Internet Banking/wallets/UPI etc.) which can be accessed through our Online application facility from 24 June 2024 to 17 July 2024. No other mode of payment shall be accepted
Selection Process for CSL Recruitment 2024
The selection process will consist of an Objective Type Online Test followed by a Personal Interview. Marks will be allocated based on the following criteria for the final selection: 50 marks for the Objective Type Test, 20 marks for the Personal Interview, and 30 marks for a Power Point Presentation to assess work experience. In total, candidates will be evaluated out of 100 marks.
