CSIR Recruitment 2024 Notification Out ITI apprentices Vacancies, Check Eligibility at csir.res.in
The Central Leather Research Institute (CSIR) has announced recruitment for ITI apprentices, offering 20 vacancies with a salary ranging from Rs.10,500 to Rs.12,000 per month. The apprenticeships will be based in Chennai and are for a duration of one or two years, depending on the trade and qualifications.
Eligible candidates are invited to attend a walk-in interview scheduled for September 27, 2024, between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM at the CSIR-Central Leather Research Institute, Adyar, Chennai. Applicants must bring original certificates and completed application forms, along with recent passport-sized photographs and photocopies of all relevant documents.
To be considered, candidates must be ITI pass-outs in NCVT pattern trades, registered with the Regional Directorate of Apprenticeship Training, Chennai or Government RI Centres, and registered on the apprenticeship web portal at Apprenticeship India.
Note that candidates currently undergoing apprenticeship training are ineligible to attend the interview. Successful candidates will receive a National Apprenticeship Certificate from the National Council for Vocational Training. No travel allowances will be provided for attending the walk-in interview.

Pay Scale for CSIR Recruitment 2024
Applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates for engagement as ITI Trade Apprentices for training in the designated Trades as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 with a fixed monthly stipend of Rs.10,500/- (Rupees ten thousand five hundred only)/ Rs.12,000/- (Rupees twelve thousand only) for one/ two years duration tenable at CLRI as per the qualification, age etc., as detailed below
General Conditions for CSIR Recruitment 2024
The date of determining qualification shall be the date of the Walk-in Interview. Candidates must bring the original certificates in respect of age/ educational qualification etc., at the time of Walk-in- Interview.
Candidates coming with incomplete applications, without photo, Photocopies of certificates, testimonials and not bringing original documents for verification will not be allowed. Only those candidates who possess the qualifications will be permitted to attend the Walkin Interview.
Passed out trainees in the particular trade of NCVT pattern designated by the Director General of Employment & Training (D.G.E & T) and who have registered with Regional Directorate of Apprenticeship Training, Chennai/ Govt.
RI Centres will only be considered for selection. Candidates should be registered with the apprenticeship web portal i.e. https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/ Successful candidates will be awarded a National Apprenticeship Certificate by the National Council for Vocational Training. Candidates already undergoing/undergoing Apprenticeship Training are not permitted to attend the Walk-in Interview.

Eligible and interested candidates are informed to bring their applications (attached below) along with recent passport size photograph enclosing attested copies of certificates and testimonials and Walk-in for Interview scheduled on 27.09.2024 between 09.00 AM and 11.00 AM at CSIR- Central Leather Research Institute (CLRI), Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai- 600 020. 7. No travelling allowance will be paid for attending the Walk-in Interview.
