CSMCRI Recruitment 2024 Notification Out Project Associate-I Vacancies ,Check Eligibility at csmcri.res.in
CSIR-Central Salt & Marine Chemicals Research Institute (CSMCRI) has announced vacancies for the position of Project Associate-I in their recent recruitment notification. There are a total of 5 vacancies available, and the age limit for applicants is 35 years. Candidates must have an M.Sc. in Physics or Chemistry from a recognized university or equivalent for various projects related to nanofiltration membranes, lithium extraction, and potassium recovery from seawater.
The salary offered is Rs. 31,000/- per month plus HRA for candidates selected through national eligibility tests like CSIR-UGC NET or GATE, while Rs. 25,000/- per month plus HRA is offered to other candidates. The last date to apply online is April 30, 2024. These positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project, and the engagement of project staff shall not exceed five years.

CSMCRI Recruitment 2024 Qualification
- M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry from a recognized university or equivalent
- (Development of Janus nanofiltration membranes and processes for the separation and enrichment of volatile fatty acids from wastewater)
- M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized university or equivalent.
- (Development of Materials for Direct Lithium Extraction from Brine)
- M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized university or equivalent.
- (Process Development for Direct Recovery of Potassium from Seawater)
CSMCRI Recruitment 2024 Salary
- Rs 31000/- + HRA to scholars who are selected through (a) National eligibility tests-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE OR (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by central government Departments and their agencies and institutions.
- Rs. 25,000/- per month + HRA who do not fall under.

- These posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
- The engagement of project staff in different projects either in the CSIR-CSMCRI, or different Lab/Inst. of CSIR taken together shall not exceed five years in any case. It would not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming absorption in CSIR-CSMCRI, Bhavnagar.
